Low-Protein Recipes

My food philosophy is simple: eat well to function well–and make it delicious!

These recipes focus on veggie-forward dishes that are easy to modify. Bold flavors, adventurous cooking, and a full spice cabinet define my approach to diet.

I’ve included notes to help decrease/increase phe content per recipe, as well as tips on which protein is best to add for normal diets. You’ll find very few specialty foods here.

Note: Protein counts are included per recipe, but please calculate yourself! Ingredients vary and many of my recipes contain estimates.
