It’s true that PKU requires a strict diet and dedication, but you don’t have to feel deprived. I love to experiment with veggie-forward recipes that celebrate bold flavors and push boundaries. I’m inspired by restaurants, travel, cooking shows, farmers markets and the sheer joy that comes from creating good food.
These recipes suit my personal phe tolerance (usually ranging from 100 - 200 mg per serving), but do offer notes to help adapt them to different diets. Please feel free to contact me with questions.
